Where can I find this AI to talk to?
Install Serena from Google Play on an Android phone. This page explains the app; the conversation takes place inside it. An iPhone version is not currently available, and WhatsApp is no longer a supported chat channel.
What can I talk about with Serena?
Your day, a book, a hobby, an idea or a story you want to continue. Choose a topic and start the conversation.
Can I return to a conversation another day?
Yes. Serena remembers what matters, so you can pick up your conversations without repeating everything.
How do I switch from typing to audio?
Record a voice note in the app instead of typing the next message. You can also listen to spoken replies. Voice notes are recorded messages, so this is different from a live phone call.
Are my conversations private?
Your history is encrypted on your device by default. You can lock the app with biometrics or a passcode and choose an optional encrypted backup.
How do the free replies work?
Each account gets 10 free AI replies in total. Only delivered replies count; failed attempts do not use your balance. The balance does not reset. After using it, new replies require paid annual access.
Who can use the chat, and what are its limits?
The app is for people aged 18 or older. Replies come from artificial intelligence and may include inaccurate information. Use the chat for conversation.
